Recommended Reading
I understand that books can be expensive, but many of these are available through your public library for free. I think you owe it to yourself to be as prepared as you can heading into your childbirth experience. Choose at least one of the books with the asterisks. You really need to know what reality is before you get there. The earlier you educate yourself, the more likely you will be able to have YOUR ideal birth experience.
